Precision sheet metal |
Customer drawings of their parts are transferred by design files such as .dxf, .dwg, .iges, and .pdf to the CNC punch machines where the files are uploaded to make metal parts per your specifications. Metals utilized include stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and even plastic sheets. Customers are welcome to supply their CAD files to us to be entered directly into the computer system which reduces the programming process time while enhancing the accuracy of the files/parts.
Parts that utilize our precision sheet metal services include shaker screen components, furniture, water filtration, HVAC, refining, and food processing components. |

Metal stamping |
Diverse Metal Products offers progressive, deep drawn, and fine blanking stampings.
Deep drawn stamping is another metal stamping process that converts flat sheet metal into three-dimensional shapes. A part is considered "deep drawn" whenever the length or depth of the shape exceeds one-half of the part's diameter. DMP can convert stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, steel, nickel, and a variety of other metals into the parts you are needing for manufacture. A stamping press utilizing a specific die shapes the deep drawn parts. DMP can create parts in different sizes and shapes, based on your designs. We will take your print and produce a die to stamp your products. We ill happily utilize your tooling as well after we confirm with our 14 point inspection method that the die is functional and can be used with our presses. Progressive stamping is a high-volume, high-performance metal stamping process that uses progressive dies, which peform mulitple operations in one die, often in pass of the press. Multiple operations can include piercing, forming, extruding and drawing. Progessive dies feed the metal on a strip through different stations of the press, cutting the outer limits or edge of the metal in sections. |
